MickeyBlog Films Magical Disney Springs Proposal
Friday nights in Walt Disney World are always magical, but there was certainly a bit of extra love in the air Friday night with this amazing Disney Springs proposal.
MickeyBlog just happened to be in the right place at the right time and was thrilled to witness and participate when he got down on one knee and popped the question.
The “Before” Photo
We were walking from the Cruella red carpet event at the AMC theater towards Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ when a young couple asked if we could take their photo in front of the waterfall by Enzo’s Hideaway. I snapped a bunch of photos and went to give the phone back.
That’s when he asked if I could take one more pic. Just then, he got down on one knee to the surprise of his girlfriend and asked her to marry him! She said, “YES!”
After we took the photos and video below, we learned the happy couple are Shea Gillpatrick and Bailey Strunk from Kansas City, Missouri. Congratulations!!
As you can see, Shea was completely surprised and from what she said afterward, was not expecting to be proposed to. We were glad we could capture the moment for them!
Bailey got down on one knee and said the magic words. It was so exciting being there to witness the Disney Springs proposa! This is something the Shea and Bailey will remember forever.
She Said Yes!
Walt Disney World is known as the Most Magical Place on Earth. You can see the MAGIC in Shea and Bailey’s eyes as Bailey pulls out the ring!
Walt Disney World is always a wonderful place to get engaged and Bailey picked a perfect spot with this gorgeous waterfall as a backdrop.
This Disney Springs engagement was an amazing start to the weekend and a perfect start to Shea and Bailey’s happily ever after.
Once she said yes, the happy couple embraced and we were able to snap a few more shots.
Is there any better place to get engaged than Walt Disney World? We can’t think of one! In fact, this isn’t the first poposal we witnessed in Walt Disney World!
