5 Ways to Celebrate Your Special Occasion at Disney World
Heading to Disney World to celebrate something special? Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, graduation, honeymoon, or something else, there are lots of ways to make that special occasion extra magical!
Order a Celebration Cake
Did you know that you can order a celebration cake to be delivered to select table service restaurants or your resort room?
These Mickey Mouse themed cakes come in chocolate or white chocolate and feature messages like “Happy Birthday” or “Congratulations.”
Cakes cost $39 plus tax and can feed approximately 4-6 guests.
You can order a celebration cake in advance by calling 407-WDW-DINE. You can also request a cake at the podium when you check in for your dining reservation. Click here for a list of participating restaurants.
Book a Special Meal
Depending on the celebration, you can book a special table service meal beginning 60 days in advance of your travel dates!
For those Disney character fans, consider reserving a character meal, which feature socially distant character visits. Currently, character meals are available at:
- Topolino Terrace for breakfast at Disney’s Riviera Resort
- Hollywood & Vine for breakfast, lunch or dinner at Hollywood Studios
- Chef Mickey’s for breakfast or dinner at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Garden Grill for lunch or dinner at Epcot
If it’s an anniversary or honeymoon you’re celebrating, perhaps book a signature dining meal at one of Disney’s fabulous fine dining restaurants!
We recommend California Grill at the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Topolino Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera at Disney’s Riviera Resort, or Narcoosee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

Order From Disney Floral & Gifts
Although the options are paired down at this time, Disney’s Floral & Gifts website offers gifts for any celebration!
These can be delivered directly to your resort room for a very special surprise.
Engrave a Glass Slipper
Crystal Arts in Disney Springs offers some very beautiful crystal pieces. But did you know you can engrave your own glass slipper here?
Talk about a special way to celebrate! You can find the Crystal Arts store located in the Marketplace area of Disney Springs.

Stop at the front desk of your resort or at any guest services location to get a free celebration button!
Be sure to wear your button when visiting the parks! Cast Members will greet you with congratulations and maybe even some pixie dust!
