New Allergy-Friendly Snacks Arrive at Walt Disney World
One thing I love about Disney and Walt Disney World is how well they handle allergies and special diets. To keep with their commitment on offering options for every person and special diet, Disney has just rolled out some new allergy-friendly snacks that are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, as well as non-GMO.
New gluten-free and non-GMO cookies at Walt Disney World
First up in the new allergy-friendly snack options are new Chocolate Chip Cookies and Lemon Burst Cookies. Both of these Disney snacks are gluten-free and non-GMO. The cookies are $6.99 plus tax.
New nut-free, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free Trail Mix
Next up is the Mountain Mama Seed and Fruit Mix. This is just like a trail mix but without the nuts. The mix contains sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, raisins, cranberries, chocolate chips, and apples. It is dairy-free, but-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. The Seed & Fruit Mix is $3.49 plus tax.

Who doesn’t love a good chocolate bar?! Now everyone at Walt Disney World can enjoy delicious chocolatey snack with this Dark Chocolate Bar. It is dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, and gluten-free. The Chocolate Bar is $3.49 plus tax.
We found all of these snacks at Mouse Gear in EPCOT. However, just like all of the per-packaged snacks at Walt Disney World, I am sure you can find them at most theme parks, Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, and locations in Disney Springs.

If you or someone in your family has any type of food allergy, I can’t stress enough how good Disney is with handling them. At table service restaurants, the chef on duty will come and talk with you directly at your table to make sure all food is prepared properly. At quick service establishments, there is a special menu you can ask to view that to show you all ingredients that go into making your meal or snack.
