New Sushi Rolls Debut at Splitsville Luxury Lanes at Disney Springs
Though most people tend to think of Splitsville as Disney World’s bowling alley, the delicious eats and treats you’ll find here are not to be missed! From the Bamboo Bar serving up a delicious range of tiki-inspired cocktails to a broad menu that includes everything from pizza to sushi rolls!
Speaking of sushi, that’s why we’re here! Splitsville took to social media this week to showcase some new Sushi Rolls that have been added to the menu and we’re pretty excited to share them with you.
Tropical Delight Sushi Platter
Perfect for sharing, this incredible feast features a trio of delicious rolls including the Crouching Dragon (featuring Tempura shrimp, asparagus and avocado topped with spicy crab mix and drizzled with eel sauce, spicy mayo and sriracha) as well as the Aloha and Fantasy Rolls! (more on those in a minute!) This sushi patter retails for $48 but is well worth it for the sheer volume of sushi you get!
Aloha Roll
This new addition to the Sushi Menu features Kani Kama Krab, cucumber and avocado wrapped in nori and sushi rice and topped with tuna, kiwi, pineapple salsa, garlic chile and macro cilantro. Order yours up for $18.00
Golden Spider Roll
This stunning roll will set you back $20 but its worth it. Ingredients include tempura fried softshell crab, cucumber and avocado wrapped in soy paper and sushi rice. It’s then topped with diced mango, honey wasabi, ell sauce and micro greens!
Rolls Royce Platter
We’ll end where we started with another stunning Sushi Platter! Retailing for $68.00, this bad boy has it all. It includes a grilled avocado filled with a generous portion of seared and spicy ahi tune. Its then accompanied by three deluxe rolls which are as follows:
- SUPER TUNA – Ahi tuna, tempura shrimp, cream cheese topped with seared ahi, avocado, eel sauce, tempura flakes, spicy mayo and sriracha.
- SURF ‘N TURF – Tempura fried shrimp, asparagus and cream cheese wrapped in nori and sushi rice and topped with seared filet mignon, avocado, crispy onion strings, togarashi, kimchi ponzu and wasabi crema.
- YUM YUM ROLLS – Tempura shrimp and cream cheese topped with shrimp, avocado, scallions, our signature Yum Yum sauce and a soy reduction
