Star Wars: The High Republic Continues
The Star Wars Saga Continues In Books And Comics….
It occurs to me that there are a whole lot of people who are missing out on some excellent Star Wars in books and comics.
I know, I know, “You want to enjoy the movies without reading a book.” Fine. Fine. It’s your loss.
However, there’s a lot there to love, especially if you like to connect the dots between films.
The High Republic Continues In Print
And, in terms of world-building and setting the stage for many things that will come in the ubiquitous Skywalker Saga, Star Wars: The High Republic can’t be beaten in current canon. I’ve read “Light of the Jedi”, “A Test of Courage”, and “Into the Dark.” I have also started the two separate comic book titles. In short, I am hooked.
Of course, I am “reading” the literary titles via Audible, which really makes my commute fly by. And I am thrilled to see so much more coming down the pike. Frankly, some of the scenes are downright scary.
And coming up on the schedule, StarWars.com is hyping several titles and issues.
