Get Out Your Calendars: Star Wars Content Coming Soon
Star Wars projects coming to a screen near you….
I love, love, LOVE posts that give solid info that you can actually use.
Of course, we here at MickeyBlog.com do that as often as possible, but we’re not opposed to pointing you in the right direction when another outlet does a great job! And, as a guy who spends a lot of time chasing down stories from a galaxy far, far away, real-world news about the franchise can be hard to keep under control.
Thankfully, on Star Wars Day 2021, Antonio Ferme of Vanity Fair pulled together a list that is a little less ephemeral than much of the usual fare.
Antonio went through everything on the docket and created a list of projects in the coming year and pushing into the decade. Linked on each is an article of an article MickeyBlog.com posted on the site.
With “The Bad Batch” now available on Disney Plus, a new, even larger wave of “Star Wars” content is starting to roll out onto streaming and into theaters. “The Mandalorian” serves as the foundation for a connected series of upcoming spin-offs such as “The Book of Boba Fett,” “Ahsoka” and “Rangers of the New Republic” that will all lead to a climactic story event. Ewan McGregor will be reprising his role as Obi-Wan Kenobi in his own limited series, while Cassian Andor from “Rogue One” and Lando Calrissian from “Solo” will have their own respective time in the spotlight. On the theatrical side, Patty Jenkins, Taika Waititi, Rian Johnson, Kevin Feige and J.D. Dillard are all developing their own films.”
Ferme noted the Star Wars content coming soon:
