Kenobi Shooting Location, Jack Black & Comics
- It looks like domestic production on Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi is underway;
- Jack Black recreates a scene from Revenge of the Sith;
- And Marvel Comics recounts Kenobi history….
Star Wars Day has come and gone! Some Star Wars fans were genuinely expecting more news yessterday.
And while it would have been nice to get something a little substantial from one of the upcoming live-action shows or animated series, we did get a nice glimpse of — well — something!
On Location
Noah Outlaw of Kessel Run Transmissions posted:

Noah said, “Filming for Obi-Wan Kenobi is well underway here in LA! BANTHA SPOTTING!”
BTW: I love the Kenobi emoji:
And the new photos are intriguing:
Hard to see anything that resembles Tatooine here – besides the sand and the bantha. However, the structure and setup look very much like set photos from the first season of The Mandalorian.
I see a landspeeder here. And a structure that looks a little more Tatooine-like.
Like in the other photos, it looks like there are a couple of costumed characters hanging around.
Jack vs. Jack
Meanwhile, while there was not much official news to be had, Jack Black decided to drop into the Interweb and bring us all some fun.
