BREAKING NEWS: Disney Wish Bookings Open May 27, 2021
We’ve got some exciting news Disney friends! Disney Cruise Line just shared a half hour podcast (we’ll link to it below) where they revealed all of the exciting details about the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet – Disney Wish. We have a whole treasure trove of information that we’ll be sharing with you all afternoon on MickeyBlog including dining, entertainment, staterooms, kids zones, and the first Disney at sea! But before we do all of that, we’ve got a HUGE piece of news to get out of the way. During the broadcast, Disney announced that bookings will open up for sailings aboard this astounding new ship starting on May 27, 2021!
We expect more exciting details about destinations and itineraries to be released over the next few weeks. But we can reveal that Disney Wish will make its maiden voyage on June 9, 2022.
Disney Cruise Line revealed that the maiden voyage will be a 5-night sailing stopping at Nassau in the Bahamas as well as Disney’s Private Island Castaway Cay.

After these sailings the Wish will continue with an awesome schedule of itineraries that include three and four night cruises from Port Canaveral. This will be similar to the 5-night inaugural sailing in that guests will have a chance to enjoy both the blue skies and breathtaking beaches of Nassau as well as Castaway Cay which is brimming with places to relax and enjoy a day filled with family fun!
