Adults Only Enchanting Escapes Aboard the Disney Wish
As I have been saying for years, Disney Cruises are not just for kids. Each ship offers a variety of options to kick back, relax, dine, sip, and play in adults only environments and the Disney Wish takes that to a whole other level.

Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge
As I reported earlier today, the Disney Wish will offer the first Star Wars-themed lounge on the high seas. Star Wars: Hyperspace Lounge will turn into an adults only destination each evening offering those who are 18 and older a space to enjoy interactive tasting experiences along side some view that are out of this world.
One of the focal points of the Lounge is the a virtual window that will give adults a look into the galaxy and feature space ships from iconic Star Wars movies as well as some well-known locations including Batuu, Tatooine, and more. Guests are invited to don their favorite Star Wars costumes while they are on the look out for nearby ships.

Adults Only Specialty Dining Aboard the Disney Wish
Adults setting sail on the Disney Wish are invited to dine out in one of three adults-only dining rooms that will offer savory gourmet meals, delicious cocktails, and an extensive wine list. What I absolutely love about these options is that each one is inspired by some of our favorite characters from Beauty and the Beast.

Palo Steakhouse
Inspired by Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast, the Palo Steakhouse combines the relaxed, Italian flavor of Palo that those who are familiar with Disney Cruise Line have grown to know and love and mixes it up with the sophistication of a modern steakhouse.
The menu of Palo Steakhouse offers some of the most delicious Italian dishes served alongside some of the best beef in the world. And when I say best, I mean everything from “the most elite American prime cuts to melt-in-your-mouth Australian wagyu and even Japanese Kobe and Miyazaki beefs.

To pair with your entrees, Palo will offer a wide selection of the finest Italian wines as well as frosty craft beers. And, make sure to save room for dessert because the ever-popular Palo chocolate souflee is also on the menu and served hot with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce.
But, the food and the drink selections aren’t the only draws to this adults only dining room on the ship. Be prepared for jaw dropping views of the ocean while being surrounded in a “warm, luxurious palette of rich woods, shining metals, along with artwork and details that evolve ornate clocks, pendulums, and gears.
If you are looking to dine in a more intimate setting, Palo Steakhouse will also offer a smaller, private dining room that can accommodate up to 12 Guests.

Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement
Inspired by Lumiere, the candelabra maitre d’ in Be Our Guest, the adults only Enchanté on the Disney Wish will the most upscale dining experience on board.
The menu for Enchanté was designed by three-Michelin star Chef Arnaud Lallement who is also the mastermind behind Remy which is aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.

Guests who dine at Enchanté will be immersed in a romantic and intimate setting that features menu options made from the best products and seasonal ingredients that have been sourced from various regions around the world to offer Guests a variety of different cuisines.
Once you step inside Enchanté, you will be treated to shimmering light fixtures and illuminations in two small areas as well as a private dining room that can accommodate up to 10 Guests. The decor of the area consists of soft blue with metallic embellishments and is rounded out with breathtaking views of the ocean outside.
The Rose
Before stepping inside Palo Steakhouse or Enchanté on the Disney Wish, adults are invited to have a drink at the chic The Rose lounge. As the name implies, this adults only area is inspired by the iconic rose from Beauty and the Beast.

Upon entering the corridor, Guests of The Rose will spot artwork that was commissioned exclusively for the Disney Wish. Further inside, be prepared to see a “gilded, golden rotunda” that unfolds “into a plush lounge with rich velvet seating, glorious view, and magical illuminations.”
The menu boasts an extensive, high-end wine list as well as liquors served alongside “gourmet amuse-bouch and small plates from the Enchanté gallery and curated by Chef Lallement.”

Quiet Cove Pool District
While the kids are taking in everything the kids’ clubs on the Disney Wish have to offer, those 18 and over are invited to slip away to a secluded, adults-only oasis in the Quiet Cove Pool District.
In addition to gorgeous panoramic pool as well as an amazing infinity pool, adults can enjoy a whirlpool spa, relaxing in comfortable chaise lounges, and a refreshing beverage from the Cove Bar – an open-air bar that serves up the best wine, beer, and cocktails.

If you need a caffeine fix or a sweet treat, make sure to take a break and stop at the Cove Cafe. There, Guests will find gourmet coffees, teas, specialty drinks, treats, and snacks. While the Cove Cafe is always a popular destination on other Disney Cruise Line ocean liners, it will be re-imagined on the Wish and feature design elements inspired by the hit Disney movie, “Moana.”
Senses Spa and Senses Fitness
Like all cruises I go on, the spa is the first place I visit. And, that’s why I am super-excited about the Senses Spa and Fitness Center that will be aboard the Wish.

The Senses Spa on the Wish will offer everything you need to live your best life while at sea with everything from massages, facials, and acupuncture therapies to customized services such as pain management and sleep improvement.
Private treatment rooms, luxurious spa villas for couples, along with steam and aromatherapy rooms are available to help Guests “decompress, rejuvenate, and recharge” the body and mind.
The Senses Spa

Senses Fitness will also receive a makeover aboard the Disney Wish with state-of-the-art exercise and wellness facilities. Guests will have everything from exercise equipment, weightlifting machines, and free weights at their disposable as well as a dedicated cycle studio and aerobics rooms. Senses Fitness will also offer instructor-led classes at no additional charge.
More Senses Spa experiences aboard the Disney Wish will also be announced at a later day.
Booking and Sailing Window for the Disney Wish
The Disney Wish will set sail on its maiden voyage beginning June 9, 2022. Bookings will open in phased beginning May 17, 2021 depending on your Castaway Club membership level ans how many Disney Cruise Line vacations you have completed in the past.
