Check Out These Incredible Images of the SpaceX Launch Taken From Disney World Including Galaxy’s Edge

Wanna see something pretty darn awesome!? SpaceX had an overnight launch last night and Disney managed to capture some positively stunning images of the ship which was carrying astronauts to the international Space Station!

Just check out the stunning image above taken over Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This stunning land, illuminated at night perfectly frames the vapor trails from the space craft that could be seen as the rocket left Kennedy Space Center.

Here’s a similar image taken from Space Mountain. Again it’s another stunning shot with Space Mountain glowing in beautiful hues of blue and green and the Tomorrowland PeopleMover (which we’re told is opening this weekend) providing a purple and pink contrast.

As they trails dissipated the made a beautiful figure over an illuminated Cinderella Castle which is all decorated for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration kicking off later this year.

We’ll leave you with one final stunning image from Galaxy’s Edge.

This launch marked the third crewed flight for Elon Musk’s space company and is the first EVER to make use of a previously flown rocket booster and spacecraft! Aboard are NASA astronauts Shane Kimbrough and Megan McArthur will be joined by French astronaut Thomas Pesquet of the European Space Agency, and Akihiko Hoshide from Japan. They’re due to spend six months aboard the International Space Station after their Crew Dragon capsule docks early Saturday morning.
