Advanced Dining Reservations NOW Available to Book at Disneyland Resort
We’ve got some exciting news West Coast Disney fans! Disneyland Resort dining reservations are now available to book for guests planning a visit to the theme parks once it reopens on April 30, 2021.
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog you’ll know that the theme parks open next week for California Residents only. At this time, select rides, attractions, entertainment, shopping and dining experiences will be making a return.
For Table Service dining options, it’s recommended that you make a dining reservation in advance and Disney gives you the option of doing this 60 days in advance via the disneyland.com website or Disneyland app. But you’ll want to ACT FAST! Because the theme parks have been closed for a year there is a massive surge in popularity and we expect dining reservations, at least for the first 60 days to go fast.
Guests visiting the dining reservation pages should expect wait times. This morning mine started at 16 minutes. Once in, and pending availability, guests are able to make reservations at selection Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Downtown Disney restaurants.
Now, it should be noted that MANY Disneyland table service dining options will be on hiatus this includes popular character dining options due to social distancing requirements. A few weeks ago, I published a list of ALL dining locations that would be opening at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. I’ll list them out again for you below:

Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
Earlier this Month we shared the news that Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel will re-open on April 29th. This will include the following dining and shopping locations:
- Hearthstone Lounge- Lounge- No Reservations required
- Craftsman Bar & Grill- Quick Service – No Reservations required.
Downtown Disney:
Though Downton Disney Quick Service and Table Service dining locations have been open up since last Summer, now that the theme park crowds are coming back there are table service locations that you will want to make reservation for going forward:
