Disney Reveals Next Two Months Of Their Stitch Crashes Series
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog then you’ll know that building off of the success of last year’s Minnie Mouse- The Main Attraction series, this year Disney has created a Stitch Crashes collectible series that features plush dolls and accessories.
The concept is that each month, Stitch crashes a NEW beloved Disney film and the result is your favorite blue alien but with a fresh & colorful print inspired by that month’s film.
As you can see from the images above, the first three months of 2021 featured collections inspired by Beauty and the Beast, Lady and the Tramp and The Lion King each of which have sold out.
We are pleased to reveal that next month is going to be…
The Little Mermaid! You’ll be flipping your fins over Series 4 which features a blue and pink design inspired by Ariel’s under the sea adventures. We love the whimsical pattern right down to the pink flower. We’ve got a feeling that Series 4 will be pretty popular.
ShopDisney was behind when it came to releasing last month’s The Lion King collection so everything is a bit backlogged at the moment. With that in mind. No official release date has been given for Stitch Crashes The Little Mermaid as of yet. We’ll be on the lookout and we promise to let you know as soon as further details are released.
Images have also leaked online for May’s collection which is inspired by Pinocchio. This has to be our favorite to date! Just look at all of those adorable details from Pinocchio’s famous feathered cap to the the wood-grain details and artwork! Simply adorable.
Though we don’t have any images to share, we do know that June’s artwork will be inspired by Aladdin.
