Video: Check Out a Video Of EACH New Themed Area Coming to Tokyo DisneySea
Sometimes I get really jealous of the Disney theme parks abroad and all of the incredible rides and attractions that they get! This is a perfect example! Tokyo DisneySea has just unveiled three incredible videos each of which delves into on of the new themed areas that are coming to the theme parks in 2023.
Each of the areas we’re about to show you will comprise the 8th themed port at the theme park and this expansion is the largest ever since the park first opened!
Fantasy Spring will include a Disney Deluxe Hotel and three distinct areas dedicated to a different Walt Disney Animation Studios film:
- Frozen
- Tangled
- Peter Pan
At Fantasy Springs you’ll find attractions, restaurants and immersive spaces designed to immerse guests in these incredible stories! Now let’s take a look at the videos for each.
“Tangled,” showing the tower of Rapunzel overlooking a forest.
“Frozen,” which portrays Arendelle Castle at the foot of a beautiful snow-capped mountain.
“Peter Pan,” displaying Peter’s home of Never Land and a pirate ship
The model that you see in the videos above is actually done perfectly to scale and is one-fiftieth of the actual size of the port. Imagineers use concept art, drawings and models like this one to plan out the arrangement and size of buildings. This allows Imagineers to capture images of the port from different angles to provide concrete views of how guests will experience the park.
