More 50th Anniversary Decorations Go Up At Cinderella Castle
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog today you know that we’ve been at the Magic Kingdom where we’ve been having so much fun watching Mr and Mrs Easter Bunny celebrate the season at Disney World.
While at the Magic Kingdom we managed to capture some additional images of the 50th Anniversary decorations going up around Cinderella Castle!
As you can see from the image above, the combination of the blue garlands with the lavender garlands makes for a stunning combination across the castle’s exteriors.
The moat around the castle continues to be sealed off as the work to the castle continues.
With the sun shining this Easter weekend, we think you’ll agree that the castle looks simply stunning!
Though the decorations have certainly come a long way from the first garland appearing earlier this spring, the work isn’t complete yet.
Construction is still happening to the Castle Forecourt Stage where a new setup is being laid out for what we can only assume will be an as yet unannounced 50th Anniversary stage celebration.
There will also be 50th Anniversary banners that are still meant to go up over the main entrance to the castle.
Disney has not announced as of yet when the work will be completed or whether it will continue through Summer.
50th Anniversary celebrates will officially kick off on October 1, 2021!
