Is Jeff Goldblum Set To Return In Thor: Love And Thunder?
Obviously, nothing has been announced, his IMDB.com page hasn’t changed, and Kevin Feige hasn’t said a thing. But we can all dream.
And we can infer whatever the heck we want from the fact that Jeff Goldblum, the auteur behind so many characters and projects was seen at an Australian rugby game get-together with many, many of his Thor: Ragnarok castmates.
Our inferences, of course, is that he will reprise the role of Grandmaster for Thor: Love and Thunder.
Goldblum Down Under
Sunriseread.com’s Linda Hopkins posted:
Work continues on the set of Thor: Love and Thunder, and if in recent days Jaimie Alexander has finished [her] filming, a new acquaintance seems to be about to begin his. We are talking about Jeff Goldblum, who was photographed in the company of Taika Waititi and Chris Hemsworth.
Of course, DailyMail.com had the photo:
Chris chatted happily with Jurassic Park actor Jeff, who opted for an all-black outfit with a matching Rabbitohs cap… American Jeff paid attention to the quintessentially Australia game, cheering on the team and clapping when goals were scored.
Also at the game were Tessa Thompson and Natalie Portman – both of whom will be in Thor IV.

Jeff Wants Back In
Finally, why else does all of this bode well?
Jeff had already said he’d LOVE to reprise his Thor III role and re-connect with Waititi and Marvel’s Kevin Feige.

When he spoke to the press at 2019’s D23 Expo, Goldblum said he could not give away any secrets, but there had been rumblings and whisperings about his return.
But secrets or no, he seemed VERY interested.
“I’ll tell ya, I loved that character. I loved working with Taika Waititi, especially – he’s a brilliant director. And Kevin Feige…and the people at Marvel are great,” said Goldblum to SyFy in 2019. “They know how to make a movie and it’s a very pleasant experience.
“I love that cast…”
And we love Jeff Goldblum!
