Here are Details About Downtown Disney’s Egg-filled Eggstravaganza
From March 15th through April 18th, the Downtown Disney District will host its annual Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt. This Eggstravaganza has guests search for eggs painted as favorite Disney characters. MickeyBlog was present at Downtown Disney recently and got all the details on the hunt.
The game board and stickers are $7.99. Each sticker corresponds with a location in Downtown Disney. Guest will find a painted egg at the location and place the sticker on their gameboard.
Locations include World of Disney, La Brea Bakery Cafe and Salt and Straw to find your egg. Gameboards can be purchased at several businesses and kiosk including the recently opened WonderGround Gallery.
Whether you choose to hunt eggs or not, guests can return the map to World of Disney or Disney’s Pin Traders for a surprise. But, why would you not search for these super cute eggs and miss all the Easter Egg hunting fun?
Guests can choose from six redemption eggs (Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Donald, Chip or Dale) when they turn in their map. It is going to be hard to choose because all six are adorable.
Don’t forget there is all kinds of spring and Easter happenings at Downtown Disney right now. Spring snacks include the key lime churro and pickle dog. You can stock your Easter basket at many of the stores including Pandora’s or the Dress Shop and of course try out the Easter brunch at Uva’s Bar and Grill or Tortilla Joe’s.
Disneyland Parks reopen on April 30th, but you can follow MickeyBlog as they attend “A Touch of Disney” on March 18th at Disney’s California Adventure.
