Disney Cruise Line Summer 2022 Itineraries Now Available
I am delighted to announce that Disney Cruise Line has just released their Summer 2022 itineraries! Booking for these itineraries will open in a tiered format starting Monday, March 22, 2021 for those who are Premium Castaway Club Members as well as residents of Disney’s Golden Oak. They will continue opening throughout the week depending on your Castaway Club Level/other affiliation with bookings will open to the general public on Thursday, March 25, 2021.

While we all were hoping for the first Disney Wish sailings to be included with this Disney Cruise Line Summer 2022 Itineraries release, that does not appear to be the case. Just last week though, it was reiterated the Disney Wish would set sail on it’s inaugural voyage in Summer 2022, so we anticipate these to be released in the near future.
There is a big change afloat for Disney Cruise Line’s Summer 2022 Season. Beginning June 3, 2022, the Disney Dream will begin to call the Port of Miami it’s home port moving down from Port Canaveral. We do expect that this means the Disney Wish will be sailing on 3 and 4-night cruises to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral in its place.
Other than that change, all of the other itineraries look “business as normal.”
The Disney Fantasy will be sailing from Port Canaveral (a short ride from Walt Disney World) to the Caribbean and Bahamas. The Disney Fantasy will offer mostly 7-night Caribbean cruises but a special 5-night and 9-night voyage will be offered. A stop at Disney’s Castaway Cay will be included on all sailings.
When the Disney Dream arrives in Miami for Summer 2022, every cruise will include a stop at Disney’s Castaway Cay.
After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, the Disney Wonder will return to Alaska for Summer 2022 Summer Itineraries. Guests on these sailings will be treated to natural vistas, glaciers, wildlife, and much more. The cruisers will depart from Vancouver, Canada and will mostly be 7-night cruises. Stops include Dawes Glacier, Skakway, Juneau, and Ketchikan. Two of the cruises will also call on Icy Strait Point in lieu of Skagway.

The Disney Magic will kick of its Summer 2022 sailings with cruises that offer a grand tour of Europe with journeys through the Greek Isles and Mediterranean. From there, it will head to Northern Europe for cruises to the Baltic, British Isles, Iceland and the Norwegian Fjords. The Disney Cruise Line Summer 2022 Itineraries will include five new ports of call including Chania, Greece; Porto, Portugal; Riga, Latvia; Maloy, Norway; and Nynashamn, Sweden, near Stockholm.

If you plan on booking a Summer 2022 Disney Cruise Line vacation, I highly recommend to book next week when your booking window opens to lock in the best pricing as prices increase as the sailing fills up. You can just put a deposit down and the final payment would not be due until 90 to 120 days prior to your sail date depending on what cruise you choose. Payments can be made along the way too!
