Walt Disney World Entrance Signs Gets An Upgrade
Ahead of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration later this year, crews have been hard at work updating some of the entrance signs to the theme parks!
During out visit to Blizzard Beach this morning, our MickeyBlogger snapped thiese images of the Western Way entrance.
The flags have been updated an now appear to have a unified silver hue.
As you can see from the image above, this is the sign that famously features Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on either side.
The Walt Disney World logo appears in white. With the caption still reading “The Most Magical Place on Earth.”
During a previous artist rendering it looked like these flags were going to be multicolored.
However, as you can see from these images that has not happened yet.
Currently it is a much more dulled down version of the sign. However, Disney may yet incorporate elements of it’s 50th Anniversary theming including the new Earidescent colorway.
In general most of the elements remain the same with the sign just being tidied up a bit.
We’ll be watching closely for any further transformations in the months ahead.
