Happy National Employee Appreciation Day Disney friends! On days like today its important to remember that for all of the changes we’ve documented at the theme parks over the last year there have been cast members who too have been impacted and have done an INCREDIBLE job of keeping us safe and informed while keeping the Disney magic alive.
Here at MickeyBlog, we’ve previously discussed ways that you can Pay It Forward and spread a bit of Disney magic during your visit. In keeping with this, Disney has come up with some affirmation graphics that you can use on social media to let cast members know that they’ve made a positive difference during your visit.

During such strenuous times, it’s important to remember that simple words of affirmation can have an impact and that small acts of kindness can often mean the most. As Disney Parks Blog said in a statement, “the stories of appreciation from #CastCompliments warms their hearts and affirms what it means to be a Disney cast member.”
