The Treats At Fleur De Lys Outdoor Kitchen Are Magnifique
Our culinary tour of the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival continues with some delightful treats at the France Pavilion. I’ve got such a love for French Cuisine that I usually head here first to sample menus (heading straight for the sweet treats of course.)
This year’s menu does not disappoint and even features an item that was on my 8 Best List for 2021!
This year’s menu is as follows:
Fleur de Lys (France)
Food Items:
- Tarte aux Oignons Caramélisés et Chèvre: Goat Cheese Tart with Caramelized Onions on a flaky Pastry Crust.
- Canard Confit à l’Orange aux Gnocchi à la Parisienne: Braised Duck Confit à l’Orange with Parisian Gnocchi (new).
- Macaron au Chocolate en Sucette: Large Chocolate Macaron Lollipop.
- Beignet Caramélisé, Fourré Crème Vanille, Glacé au Caramel Fleur de Sel: Caramelized Beignet filled with Vanilla Cream and Glazed with Caramel Fleur de Sel (new).
Beverages:
- Kronenbourg Blanc 1664 Draft Beer.
- VeRy Raspberry: Rosé Wine with Natural Raspberry Flavor.
- Chardonnay, Le Vieux Manoir (new).
- Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec Blend, Château Lorient (new).
- La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy: Vodka, Grey Goose L’Orange Vodka, St. Germain Liqueur, White and Red Cranberry Juice.
From Confit Duck to Carmel Beignets, this booth has it all! I also recommend the La Vie en Rose Frozen Slushy which is one of my festival favorites!
