A Fantastic Resort Hop With MagicalNewsLIVE
As Nick Antonelle says, “Sometimes you just want a relaxing stream…”
And, as streams go, it was quite relaxing.

- So, maybe you have the day off?
- Maybe it is snowing or icing up where you are?
MagicalNewsLIVE has the prescription: Resort Hopping, and a stop at Magic Kingdom, via the Walt Disney World Monorail and the paths in between.
Traversing Walt Disney World: Resort Hop!
First, the camera took us to the lobby of Disney’s Polynesian Resort, and the statue of Maui.
Then, we took a lovely walk around the grounds, with short, slight views of the construction and composition of WDW’s classic resort.
The lovely walk continued as Nick walked to Disney’s Grand Floridian. We enjoyed a view of the Grand’s Wedding Pavilion and the interior gardens of the resort.
However, in — perhaps — the most relaxing moment of the stream, Nick enjoyed the stylings of the Grand Floridian’s piano player.
Jumping On The Monorail
Since you can’t currently hop on the Monorail from The Poly, MagicalNewsLIVE took advantage of the station at the Grand Floridian.
But, alas, it began to rain, and Nick — somehow — having left his umbrella in parts unknown, hurried into the Magic Kingdom from the Monorail Station and into The Emporium to procure a Bumbershoot.
From there, Nick provided a gorgeous shot of Cinderella Castle.
Not to needlessly get soaked, MagicalNewsLIVE headed back in time via Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress.
Then, we almost become the 1000th happy haunt in the Haunted Mansion and enjoyed The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.
However, with the weather and with several rides down, Nick asked the audience if they’d like to see another resort (The Contemporary), do some shopping, and watch the Electrical Water Pageant.
The audience concurred.
