Larger Scrims Have Gone Up Around Peter Pan’s Flight at Magic Kingdom
Happy Valentine’s Day Disney friends! If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog you’ll know that we were at the Magic Kingdom today.
We popped by Fantasyland where Peter Pan’s Flight is having some work done to the exterior.
Large brown scrims have gone up around the popular attraction.
Disney has not revealed the type of the work being carried out but this is a popular time of year for refurbishments and the scrims indicate that work is being done to the facade of the building.
This would be similar to the work that was carried out at “it’s a small world” earlier this year
With the scrims up we can hopefully expect a new vibrant paint job and some changes made to the queuing area.
As we previously reported here at MickeyBlog, because of social distancing requirements the line for this popular attraction now extends through Fantasyland into Liberty Square.
A few weeks ago Disney unveiled new signage for the start of the queue. Which actually now starts at the entrance to Columbia Harbour House.
Visitors weave through the restaurant (which is not serving food at the moment) before heading up to Fantasyland.
We’ll be following the refurbishments around Peter Pan’s Flight closely
