If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog, you’ll know that earlier this month we announced that Adventures By Disney is now providing group tours to all seven continents with the news that NEW tours will be offered to Antarctica! We are pleased to announce that as of January 22, 2021 these packages are now available to book!
In addition to this NEW excursion guests can also head to the Galapagos Islands, enjoy a Buenos Aires short stay or a number of fabulous European River Cruises including both Seine Family River Cruises and National Geographic Photography sailings!
Antarctica & Patagonia Expedition Cruise
This twelve day, eleven night extravaganza includes visits to Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego National Park in Argentinian Patagonia, the Drake Passage, and (of course) the Antarctic Peninsula.
During this sailing guests will also have the unique opportunity to see Patagonia via train and even take a catamaran to the southernmost tip of South America. Intrepid adventurers can also opt to go on shore with Zodiacs (a team of naturalist guides) where you can hike and explore the landscapes and shorelines of Antarctica; view wildlife in intimate habitats and so much more!
Buenos Aires Escape
Choose this add-on to extend your stay to include four days and three nights exploring Buenos Aires. One of the awesome excursions includes spending the day with Argentinean cowboys!
Galapagos Island Expedition Cruise
With Adventure by Disney’s Galapagos Island Expedition Cruise guests will get to spend a 9-day, 8-night sojourn visiting some pretty spectacular places including Gardner Bay and Suarez Point on Espanola Island, El Barranco on Genovesa Island, and even the Charles Darwin Research Center on Santa Cruz Island, where you’ll literally walk in Darwin’s footsteps.
You’ll see lots of amazing animals (Marine Iguanas, Galapagos Sea Lions, Blue Footed Boobies, Galapagos Penguins, and more); have the chance to tour the islands in a transparent kayak; and even take part in an exciting football match (that’s “soccer” to us Americans) with the crew of your ship. There are also a ton of incredible activities to enjoy onboard your ship including wildlife viewing parties, photography workshops, themed dinners and even karaoke nights!
River Cruises
When it comes to exploring Europe from its dazzling waterways there are three trips to choose from for 2022:
- Rhine- Switzerland, France, Germany, Netherlands
- Danube –Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary
- Seine- Northern France, including Normandy
Each sailing provides an 8-day, 7-night getaway. Some of these are even Adult Exclusives, specialty departures like Food & Wine, Oktoberfest and Christmas Markets! You’ll also find Distinctive experiences being creative for Seine family sailings featuring a photographer from National Geographic who will host talks and photography workshops!
