With a little over a month to go until the 26th annual Critics Choice Awards, the list of television series nominations has been announced. Hosted by Taye Diggs, the Critics Choice Awards will be held on Sunday, March 7.
The Disney+ Star Wars series The Mandalorian has received a nomination for Best Drama Series. The show, which is the first live-action Star Wars television series, follows a lone Mandalorian bounty hunter named Din Djarin as he traverses the outer reaches of a post-Empire galaxy.

The Critics Choice Association (CCA) announced today the series nominees for the 26th annual Critics Choice Awards. The winners will be revealed LIVE on The CW on Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 7-10pm ET/PT, with acclaimed film, television, and stage star Taye Diggs returning to host for his third consecutive time. The show will continue its combined Film and Television awards format, honoring the finest in both cinematic and televised/streaming achievement. Film nominees will be revealed on February 8, and the format of this year’s event will be announced at a later date, as health and safety guidelines are taken into consideration.
