Grand Floridian Gets A Shiny New Walkway
Good morning Disney Friends! Our MickeyBlogger was at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa this morning and on our way to the buses noticed that some exterior work is being done to the property.
We’ve long suspected that it takes a lot of work to keep the Grand Dame of Disney resorts looking lovely and case in point is the team hard at work sprucing up this wondrously white walkway!
And you thought painting your banisters was tough work!? Our kudos go out to this team for painstakingly painting each individual post along the walkway!
But, we can see the change already and think you’ll agree that it looks simply stunning.
As you bustle around Disney World it’s so easy to overlook all of the work that goes into keeping alive!
With the holiday crowds having come and gone, this early months in the year are Disney’s usual time for routine maintenance before the Spring Break crowds descend in March.
