New Part of France Pavilion at EPCOT NOW OPEN to Pedestrians
We’ve got some exciting news for visitors to EPCOT! The new pedestrian area of the France Pavilion is now open to the public!
If you’ve been following along with us here at MickeyBlog, you’ll know that the construction walls around the future home of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure have come down and we are please to announce that the thoroughfare is now open!
We have to be clear that Remy’s hasn’t opened as of yet nor has the creperie or the courtyard featuring a new Ratatouille-themed fountain.
These will all be opening at a later date.
The Creperie sign was up though – but sadly no menu just yet!
However, there is something special about being able to walk under the iron canopies and take in the tree-lined views!
Its also a fun place to catch a glimpse of Disney’s Skyliner which soars just overhead!
During our visit to EPCOT this morning there was a steady stream of visitors taking in the new surroundings!
One of the main reasons for opening up this area may have to do with recent changes over at the Morocco pavilion.
The Morocco Pavilion is going through some ownership changes and at the moment the restrooms there restrooms are currently shut down.
However, there are signs pointing guests to restrooms at both the American Adventure and the France Pavilion.
Well, the ones in France just so happened to be in the new area that just opened!
As a matter of fact, these restrooms are the ONLY thing in this newly expanded are of the pavilion that is currently open.
However, the great news for guests is that because they are new, most guests won’t know that they’re open which means that hopefully this new area won’t get as crowded!
So consider the France Pavilion restrooms your quick tip for the day! Readers are also encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog for further Walt Disney World news and updates.
