Amphicars Are Sure To Add Some Excitement To Your Disney Springs Visit
Though there are restrictions on certain experiences at Disney Springs as a result of COVID-19 social distancing requirements, one thing that we are pleased to stay is still available for guests to enjoy are the awesome Amphicar rentais at The Boathouse! If this is is something you’ve yet to experience and you’ll be visiting Disney World soon then you’ll definitely want to add Amphicars to your must-do list.

As you can see from the image above, these classic cars have a very special (almost James Bond-esque) feature in that not only do they get around on land but they can also take to the water! Guests can have the unique experience of hiring a driver to take you straight into Lake Buena Vista for a boat ride like nothing you’ve ever experienced before!
The BOATHOUSE is the only place in the world that offers these tours. The fleet of Amphicars were purchased from private collections worldwide – there were less than 4,000 of these unique amphibious vehicles produced during the 1960’s. Less than 400 exist worldwide today.
The Amphicars are available to book from 20 minute sessions from 10 am – 10 pm daily (weather permitting.) The cost to take to the lake in this amphibious motor vehicle is $125 per car and each car accommodates 3-4 people. Walk up reservations can be made at The Bouthouse Boatique at Disney Springs.
The Boathouse Boatique is also offering a special discount for Amphicar rentals. When you spend $50 or more at the gift shop that is positively swimming with nautical delights for your home, you’ll get $25 off the cost of your Amphicar Rental.
