As we come up to the second full weekend of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, we thought it seemed like the perfect time to share with you some of the things that we love the most about this years fest. If you’re lucky enough to be visiting Walt Disney World this month, here are 8 fantastic EPCOT Holiday Fest experiences that you won’t want to miss!
Enjoy a Taste of Seasonal Specialities From Around the World WIth The Holiday Kitchens!
These special food booths only come out during the Festival of the Holidays and give you an opportunity to try tasty treats from holiday destinations around the globe. This year includes two new kitchens: The Mele Kalikimaka Holiday Kitchen which serves up Hawaiian Specialities and Holiday Hearth with features plenty of sweet treats, including a Salted Caramel Spaceship Earth Cookie and a Gingerbread Milkshake.
Other highlights include the Beef Bourguignon with Crushed Potatoes at the Yukon Holiday Kitchen, Duck Confit and Dumplings at Festival Favorites in World Showplace and the Pumpkin Gingerbread Cheesecake with Cranberry Whipped Cream and Candied Pumpkin Seeds at American Holiday Table

Celebrate the Season With Your Favorite Disney Friends
Though character meet and greets have been put on hiatus for 2020, there are still plenty of opportunities to catch a glimpse of your favorite Disney friends! Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy and Pluto have their own special holiday cavalcade called the “Mickey and Friends Holiday World Tour.” We also heard that Queen Anna and Elsa wave to guests during their “Frozen Holiday Promenade” and the Santa Clause even visits EPCOT for a grand tour around the world showcase on a horse-drawn carriage.

Get Into The Spirit WIth Awesome Holiday-inspired Entertainment
Special music can be found throughout the park during the festival of the holidays including JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season that takes guests on a magical journey of holiday music. Inside World Showplace you’ll also find a pianist performing holiday music from around the world. Voices of Liberty will be bringing their harmonies to the American Gardens Theatre we’ll they’ll take your through rousing renditions of classic Christmas Carols and also at the American Gardens you’ll find Mariachi Cobre brining to life their Las Posadas celebration. You’ll also want to head over to the Canada Pavilion where fan favorites the JAMMitors will be bringing the percussion.

Indulge Your Sweet Tooth With The Holiday Cookie Stroll
The Cookie Stroll returns with freshly baked cookies from the EPCOT bakery ovens. The Festival Passport lists the five official stroll locations, with each stop offering a cookie for purchase and a stamp in the passport. After collecting all five stamps, guests can bring their passport to the Holiday Sweets & Treats location to receive a complimentary Minnie Mouse peppermint cookie. Guests can collect their cookies in a new ceramic Cookie Stroll jar, available for purchase at the Holiday Markets throughout World Showcase, while supplies last.
Can You Find Olaf?
Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition” scavenger hunt invites children of all ages to join a festive adventure around World Showcase, where they will round up holiday traditions the lovable snowman has misplaced.
One of the Best Gingerbread Creations You’ll Ever See!
At World Showplace, guests can marvel at a realistic gingerbread city created by Disney chefs. The patriotic display pays sweet homage to some of the United States’ most iconic landmarks, including the U.S. Capitol, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial and a five-foot-tall Washington Monument.
