Disney Cruise Line Cancels All Sailings Through January 2021
Disney Cruise Line has once again canceled sailings. This time, sailings through January 2021 have been affected.
Sailings are canceled on board the Disney Fantasy through January 30, Disney Wonder through January 27, Disney Magic through January 28 and the Disney Dream through January 29. Below is a list of impacted sailings.

Guests booked on affected sailings who have paid their reservation in full will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing or a full refund. Guests who have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far. Affected Guests will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line outlining details and next steps.

All of us at Disney Cruise Line hope you and your family are staying well.
Our team at Disney Cruise Line remains focused on the health and well-being of our Guests and team members. We are carefully reviewing the guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and working toward resuming operations. As we continue to refine our protocols for our eventual return to service, we have decided to cancel all sailings departing through January 2021.
In light of this cancellation, we are offering affected Guests who have paid their reservation in full the choice of a 125% future cruise credit to be used for a future sailing prior to May 31, 2022, or a full refund. The credit has automatically been added to your account. Once you have decided on an alternate sail date, you may contact your travel agent. Your agent may place a reservation on hold for you by applying this credit as a payment option when booking a new reservation online. Guests that have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far.

The Future Cruise Credit (FCC) is equal to 125% of your original voyage fare plus the cost of the Vacation Protection Plan, if applicable. The FCC is only valid for sailings departing prior to May 31, 2022. Your original reservation must be paid in full to be eligible for the FCC. The FCC is applied per person and is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value. Standard prevailing rates apply and Guests are responsible for any balance due after the FCC has been applied. If you end up not being able to use the FCC, you will be eligible for a refund up to the amount of your original voyage fare plus the cost of the Vacation Protection Plan, if applicable. Standard cancellation policies and terms and conditions apply to future sailings. Guests who previously received a FCC are not eligible for an additional FCC.

If you have a 2021 sailing already booked and want to cancel you can enjoy peace of mind as Disney Cruise Line has made temporary modifications allowing you to adjust your sail dates or receive a refund even AFTER the standard cancellation dates.
- Final Payment: For sailings through May 2021, you are NOW able to make your final payment until up to 60 days prior to sailing.
- Cancellation Fee Schedule: For sailings through May 2021, the cancellation fee schedule has been temporarily relaxed.
- Cruise Date Flexibility: For any sailings booked by November 30, 2020 scheduled to sail on or before May 31, 2021, you can change your sail date up to 15 days prior to departure.
- Flexible Refund Policy: Within 14 days of the sailing, booked Guests with COVID-19-related health concerns (symptoms or exposure) can receive a full refund without Disney-imposed cancellation fees or apply their cruise fare toward a future sail date.
