Lizzie McGuire’s Hilary Duff Exposed COVID-19
Duff, the former (and future?) Lizzie McGuire star is pregnant and concerned…
On Saturday, Hilary Duff posted a forlorn-looking selfie on Instagram Stories:
The actress, who is pregnant with her third child, told fans on her Instagram Stories Saturday that she has been quarantining. “Exposed to covid Quarantine day 2 Fml,” Duff wrote along with her selfie.
The star, 33, has been filming the seventh season of her hit TV series Younger in New York. Most recently, Duff was photographed on set with costar Sutton Foster in Manhattan this week.
Production on season 7 of Younger was scheduled to shoot in New York City in early 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic suspended all production. The cast shared on their social media accounts that they began filming in October.

Recently, Duff spoke to Cosmopolitan UK about being in “regular” lockdown in California and wanting to get back to work and friends.
She said her husband (Matthew Koma) is fine with quarantine, but when she spoke in September, admitted there are times where “I need to go and drink too much wine with my girlfriends.’ You know what I mean?”
Yes, we all understand. But now she is the one in strict quarantine, locked away from the family and reaching out on Instagram.
Longing Not To Be Lizzie?
Asked by Cosmopolitan about her ubiquitous Lizzie McGuire role, Duff answered there was a time when she longed not to be “Lizzie.”
However, she has turned that feeling around.

“I’m at such a different place in my life now, being a mother and a wife – it doesn’t weigh on me anymore,” she explains.
I don’t feel like people only see me that way, but [even] when they do, I feel appreciative of it because she was very impactful on so many people’s lives.”
And after some controversy about keeping the show PG, Duff explained to Cosmo UK, “There’s still no, like, ‘For sure, this is happening,’ but I think they’re pretty confident that we can make the show that I want, and that they want, for Disney+.”
In the interim, we’re all rooting for Hilary to quickly come out of quarantine!
