When Will 2022 Walt Disney World Vacation Packages Go On Sale?
Postponing your Walt Disney World Vacation until 2022? We get it. Planning for Disney getaway takes time and lots of saving and with COVID-19 most people are pushing out their big family vacations until a time when we know that life will be relatively back to normal. That’s why we here at MickeyBlog are getting a lot of emails from those looking to visit Disney World in 2022. Currently, guests can only book a Disney getaway through until December 31, 2021.
However, to help you get a jumpstart on your travel plans, here’s what we know so far about when 2022 packages might go on sale:

Historically, Disney releases packages for the following year in June. Here are some examples.
- June 24, 2020: 2021 Walt Disney World vacation packages released
- June 19, 2019: 2020 Walt Disney World vacation packages released
- June 19, 2018: 2019 Walt Disney World vacation packages released
- June 20, 2017: 2018 Walt Disney World vacation packages released
- June 21, 2016: 2017 Walt Disney World vacation packages released
- June 22, 2015: 2016 Walt Disney World vacation packages released
If Disney follows this model, we can expect Walt Disney World vacation packages for 2022 to go on sale during the 3rd week of June 2021.

- Disney Cruise Line- The AWESOME news is that Disney Cruise Line sailings are currently available to book NOW for sailings through May 2022! That gives you plenty of time to pick your perfect sailing, locate that awesome stateroom and pay off your balance!
- Disneyland Resort – As of going to print, Disneyland Resort in California remains CLOSED due to COVID-19 restrictions. Packages for 2020 and 2021 are currently NOT available to book. Keep following along with us and we’ll let you know when that changes!
