New Holiday Masks Featuring Disney Characters
Walt Disney World has required masks for guests and Cast Members since the re-opening in March. Masks or Face Coverings, socially distanced line queues, mobile ordering, temperature checks and hand sanitizing stations are all part of the safety measures the park has in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Masks are not on anyone’s list of favorite things to wear, but guests can have fun with them now due to these new Disney holiday masks found at The Emporium in Magic Kingdom.
There are several new holiday masks available in the new softer fabric. These cloth masks are sealed in their own bags, but here is a size chart provided by shopDisney.com for all of Disney’s face coverings.
There were four new masks in the collection and each mask has a soft cloth ear loop that makes them very comfortable to wear. The lightweight fabric increases breathability.
The gingerbread Mickey and Minnie recently found on the new Holiday Gingerbread ears, make an appearance on this mask. It has a Christmas red background and gingerbread characters.
Buffalo plaid is always a popular holiday print and this mask is a Disney spin on the print. Mickey and his santa hat are set againist a black and red buffalo plaid background.
Christmas tree ornaments, snowflakes and holiday stars are mixed with Cinderella’s castle on this mask. The holiday colors of red, blue and green make it most festive.
Minnie provides us all with some holiday “JOY” on this candy cane striped mask. It will match perfectly with the peppermint Minnie ears and Candy Cane striped Loungefly mini-pack just released for the holidays.
MickeyBlog did notice a price increase for face coverings. These were originally $6.00 and the price today at The Emporium for the holiday masks is $9.99. shopDisney.com has a set of two holiday masks for $11.99, but they do not have all of these same prints.
