This Is The Way: Mandalorian Season 2 Posters
The Mandalorian: No matter the language, “This is the way” is universally understood….
So much of what made The Mandalorian so beloved in Season 1 wasn’t subtle.
Showrunner Jon Favreau told everyone who would listen that playing in the Star Wars universe and using characters who seemed to walk straight out of Mos Eisley, was like emptying out his Kenner action figure carrying case (minus the Skywalkers).
And the formula he used for the show was very familiar. Practical effects, familiar creatures; even down to the catchphrases.
The Mandalorian: This Is The Way
The Skywalker Saga had “May the Force be with you…” and The Mandalorian has “This is the way…”
And the posters. Oh, the posters.
Of course, now The Mandalorian has its own impressive set of art. And, this morning, the official Twitter Account posted eight new international posters, featuring eight distinctive styles of art by artists using eight different languages.
