New Marvel Movie Layout On Disney+
One of the things we love about Disney+ is that the streaming network is constantly tweaking the interface to make everything as user-friendly as possible. A great example are the recent changes that Disney+ has made to the Marvel section. According to a recent post in Comicbook.com, Reddit user FishmanTari, shared images showing that there is a new layout for Marvel films.
The main change is in the way the titles are catalogued on the site. As you can see from the reddit images we’ll share with you below, the films are organized in a way that make them much more accessible for fans. .
We absolutely love that the films are being organized in chronological order and by Marvel phases. This means you can watch all of the films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in order and don’t need to constantly be looking up timelines in Google in order to do so!
In addition to the chronological order and phase categories, there’s also a section specifically for legacy films that were made before the MCU timelines officially began!
The timing of the layout changes on Disney+ makes sense. After all, Disney’s streaming network is getting ready for its Fall season of offerings. This includes the first series that is officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe WandaVision which is coming out at some point later this year.
“Marvel Studios’ ‘WandaVision’ blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems. The new series is directed by Matt Shakman; Jac Schaeffer is head writer.”
