UPDATE: Entrance to Magic Kingdom with New Paint Color
Work has continued today on the entrance to Magic Kingdom and we have updated photos for you to see.
As we shared yesterday on MickeyBlog.com, the entrance to Magic Kingdom is getting an updated look in preparation of its 50th anniversary.
The two left lanes have been shut down in order for the paint crew to complete their work. The sign will now include a darker shade of blue.
Male and female members of the work crew spent Tuesday prepping the area and painting a section of the entrance.
It will be interesting to see how the rest of the sign looks upon completion. Will they include rose gold to match Cinderella Castle’s current look?
Will they include some of the iridescent colors that are part of the 50th anniversary logo?
Either way, the udpated look give the sign some freshness that is certainly welcomed.
MickeyBlog will continue to keep you updated with how the Magic Kingdom paint job progresses. We’re excited to see the finished product!
We’re really looking forward to seeing the difference ont he “Magic Kingdom” part of the sign. What color scheme will they use there?
Guests are used to seeing the sign decorated with large pumpkins this time of year when Magic Kingdom has their Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Parties.
Unfortunately, the only sight of orange these days are the many construction cones.
