Cinderella was caught Meeting and Greeting at FairyTale Hall
Cinderella was caught Meeting and Greeting guests outside of FairyTale Hall in Fantasyland today at the Magic Kingdom. She was standing outside of the hall, waving at guests from a socially distanced area. She was a welcome sight for guests including several Twitter users.
This is new (to me, at least). Cinderella is doing a socially-distant meet-and-greet at Princess Hall. #MagicKingdom pic.twitter.com/F1JWNBo6P9

Since the re-opening of Walt Disney World, the Princesses have only appeared in the Royal Processional Character Cavalcade. Walt Disney World suspended the traditional character meet-and-greets as part of their safety precautions due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Characters like Cinderella do not wear the same mask that is required for cast members and guests, so she has not been out and about at Magic Kingdom.
Guests were forced to ask what Cindy’s appearance means for the characters. Is this Disney’s way of testing modified meet-and-greets for characters like the Princesses. She stood under the FairyTale Hall sign and interacted with guests. The stepsisters have been seen from the top of Cinderella’s castle, but this is the first time Cinderella herself has been present outside of the cavalcade. WDWNT.com caught some pictures.
There is no indication of if Cinderella will reappear at Fairytale hall or if this is now a regular appearance. Guests also don’t know if any of the other Disney Princesses will appear outside of the hall. Disney has the area setup for these socially distances appearances with stantions in place to separate the guests from the characters.
It is obvious Disney is increasing guest interaction with characters over the past few months. Special Halloween Cavalcades have debuted and characters seem to be popping up everywhere. Keep an eye out if you are in the parks and let us know at MickeyBlog if you spot any characters.
