RECIPE: Peanut Butter Playdough From the Coral Reef At EPCOT
Just this once, it’s okay to play with your food! If you’re looking for a fun sweet treat that will be fun for the kids then look no further than this awesome recipe coming to you directly from the Coral Reef Restaurant at EPCOT! Half the fun of this treat is serving it up with a variety of other goodies like chocolate chips, M&Ms, glitter sprinkles and more. The only limit is their imagination and how much mess you’re willing to clean up afterwards!
Peanut Butter Playdough at Coral Reef Restaurant at EPCOT
Serves 12
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle attachment.
- Mix all ingredients until combined and dough comes together. Do not
- Portion on to plates using an ice-cream scoop.
Assembly: Serve surrounded by a variety of fun treats to decorate and build creations with chocolate chips, vanilla wafers, pretzel sticks, marshmallows, and/or sprinkles.
