5 Awesome Shows To Get You Through the Work Week
Its beginning to look like Fall Disney friends. And there’s no better way to pass these cooler months than a nice toasty blanket, a cup of tea (or a glass of wine) and some awesome TV! That’s were we here at MickeyBlog come in! With a little help from Disney’s official fan club (D23) we’ve rustled up 5 awesome shows to get you through your work week!

Tamron Hall—Monday, September 14 (Visit TamronHallShow.com for times and channels)
Emmy Award-winning talk show host and journalist Tamron Hall is back for a sophomore season of her show. Season 2 kicks off with an hour-long interview with Andrew Gillum, a former rising star of the Democratic Party who’s career came to a screeching halt after a scandal. Gillum lost the 2018 gubernatorial race in Florida which would’ve made him the states first Black governor. In his interview with Tamron he discusses his fall from grace, how he survived the adversity and what he’s been up to since. During the interview he is also joined by R. Jai his wife to discuss the impact his actions had on their family life. Other guests this season include Stassi Schroeder, Samuel L. Jackson and LaTanya Richardson Jackson, Melissa Etheridge, Chris Evans, Mark Kassen, DJ Jazzy Jeff and Naomi Campbell.

Dancing with the Stars—Monday, September 14, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC
This ABC fan favorite is back with a brand new host (Tyra Banks) a new judge (Derek Hough) and 15 new celebrities who are ready to dance their way to the Mirrorball trophy. Tune in to see which dancers are paired with Monica Aldama, Carole Baskin, Kaitlyn Bristowe, Vernon Davis, Anne Heche, Skai Jackson, Justina Machado, AJ McClean, Jeannie Mai, Jessie Metcalfe, Nelly, Nev Schulman, Charles Oakley, Chrishell Stause and Jonny Weir. Former dancer Hough will be joined by judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. Len Goodman won’t be in the studio but he will be bringing his feedback to the judges from the UK.
VOMO: Vote or Miss Out—Monday, September 14, at 10 p.m. ET on ABC
I can believe we are only 50 days away from the election. This non-partisan primetime special happening on ABC this evening at 10pm was created in conjunction with When We All Vote. Its hosted by Kevin Hart and features big names in comedy and music. The goal is to encourage participation in this year’s election. Participants include: 2 Chainz and Lil Baby; Cristela Alonzo; Tim Allen; Whitney Cummings; Will Ferrell; Kaia Gerber; Charlamagne Tha God; Tiffany Haddish; Jon Hamm; Scarlett Johansson; Liza Koshy; Jay Leno; Jaden Smith and Willow Smith; and more celebrity guests. The special will feature prominent political figures across party lines, including Michelle Obama, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Larry Hogan, Ann Romney, and Cindy McCain.
Becoming—Friday, September 18, on Disney+
From executive producers LeBron James and Maverick Carter comes this 10-episode docuseries that shares the stories behind some of the worlds best athletes, entertainers and musicians. Each episode follows a different person including: Adam Devine, Anthony Davis, Ashley Tisdale, Caleb McLaughlin, Candace Parker, Colbie Caillat, Julianne Hough, Nick Cannon, Nick Kroll, and Rob Gronkowski—back to their hometown as they revisit memorable places that were central to their upbringing. Family members, coaches, teachers, mentors, and friends are also on hand to share significant, personal memories of the stars before they hit it big.
Once Upon a Time (Seasons 1-7)—Friday, September 18, on Disney+
Once Upon A Time is coming to Disney+ and we are here for it! Relive your favorite moments from all 7 seasons on Disney’s official streaming network. The show follows Emma Swan who reunites with the son she gave up years ago in an enchanted town called Storybrooke. Henry (Jared S. Gilmore) believes that Emma comes from an alternate fairy tale world and is Snow White and Prince Charming’s missing daughter. He believes she was sent to the modern world just before the Evil Queen cast a curse to keep the fairy tale world frozen in time Does Emma have what it takes to rewrite the story? With some of your favorite fairy tale characters from Rumpelstiltskin to Princess Tiana represented here, half the fun is watching these tales merge into one twisted, exciting adventure!
