Narcoossee’s Reopening Just Around the Corner

We’ve got some awesome news for all you fans of Disney World fine-dining! As the NBA playoff season starts to wind down, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa which has been part of the NBA bubble looks like it is inching ever closer to reopening Narcoossee’s!

Though you still get the “Temporarily Unavailable” message when visiting www.disneyworld.com a look at operating hours (below) yields slightly different results.

If you look at the image above you can see that operating hours are shown for dates starting on September 21, 2020. Now granted this could all be changeable but we think it’s a good sign that one of our favorite resort eateries will be reopening soon!

For those unfamiliar with Narcoossee’s, it is one of THE places to go for delicious seafood at Walt Disney World Resort. The restaurant serves of an incredible array of seafood dishes sourced both from local water and around the globe. One of the highlights is whole-steamed Maine lobster. For all you landlubbers, you can also feast on delicious dishes like grass-fed filet mignon and Black Angus New York Strip. There’s even surf and turf dishes which feature sirloin steak and a lobster tail. Oh, and be sure to save room for dessert so that you can enjoy treats like sumptuous desserts like coconut-chocolate creme brulee and almond-crusted cheesecake with Lambert cherry sauce.

Another highlight of a Narcoossee’s is the stunning views you get of Walt Disney World. You can ask for a window seat and enjoy gorgeous views of Magic Kingdom and the Electrical Water Pageant from this waterfront restaurant!
