No Positive COVID-19 Cases Reported in NBA Bubble at Walt Disney World for Four Weeks
It’s another week and another good report that there have not been any positive cases reported in the NBA Bubble at Walt Disney World. This marks four weeks in a row without a positive case in the Bubble which is great news!

This week marks the beginning of the NBA Playoffs at Walt Disney World. Originally 22 teams were invited to play eight regular season games to determine seeding for the playoffs. Regular season games started back on July 30 and the playoffs will take place for about two months before the NBA Finals begin.
Zero again: No NBA player has tested positive for coronavirus out of 341 tested at Orlando campus since last results were announced Aug. 12.

With news of zero positive COVID-19 in the NBA Bubble for four weeks now, online reports indicate that other sports leagues are eyeing a Bubble type format to keep players and staff safe and healthy during their seasons. The NHL is currently separated into two different Bubbles but rumors are circulating the the MLB might complete their postseason run in a Bubble. The NFL also might move to a Bubble for their playoffs. There is even buzz NCAA Men’s College Basketball might form their own Bubble at Walt Disney World.

In addition, we have also heard that the NBA might at least their 2020-2021 season back in the Bubble. Sportsnaut.com is reporting that unlike this season where there is just one Bubble at Walt Disney World, there would be four Bubbles across the United States. Walt Disney World would probably still be one of the four locations with other rumored locations being Las Vegas, Nevada and Dallas, Texas.
