Two Disneyland Resort Hotels Now Accepting Reservations for Mid-September
While we still do not have a reopening date for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort, we do know that two Disneyland Resort Hotels, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, are now accepting new reservations as of September 16, 2020.
As for those Guests wanting to stay at the Disneyland Hotel, it appears that reservations are now be accepted beginning October 1, 2020.

The Downtown Disney District already started their phased reopening back in June. Since then, several restaurants and retail establishments have reopened their doors with new safety protocols and guidelines. These include enhanced sanitation, social distancing measures, and restaurants are currently only open for outdoor dining.

Also, back in June, it was announced that both Disneyland Resort Parks would be reopening as of July 17 which would have been the 65th anniversary of Disneyland Park. Those plans never played out as the state of California never approved those plans. At this time, no one knows when the Parks will reopen and we have not yet heard of any Cast Member callbacks just yet.

Let’s hope though that these Disneyland Resort Hotels reopening dates in September hold and the Parks will open up shortly around them.
