With the recent refurbishment of Old Port Royal comes updated dining options that the whole family is sure to love. Sebastian’s Bistro offers Caribbean-inspired faire with warm island hospitality and stunning waterfront views. Open for dinner, guests will love the Latin and Caribbean Flavors with dishes including Shrimp and Grits, Mahi Mahi with coconut orange rice and Jerk Chicken that packs a punch! There’s also the Centertown Market where you can enjoy on-the-go items throughout the day. This food court is made to look like a Caribbean street market where you’ll find a diverse array of food with something to please even the pickiest of eaters! Here’s one for the kids and kids at heart, the swimming pool is a main draw of a stay at Caribbean Beach Resort and is fashioned after a colonial Spanish Fortress. Highlights include a zero-entry area, 2 water slides including one that comes in at a nice 102 feet long as well as the always popular water cannons!
