A Magical Proposal During Magic Kingdom’s First Day Open
The Magic Kingdom reopening yesterday was a magical occasion for everyone! But, it was even more magical for Abby and Jake from Tampa, FL as it also was their engagement day – in front of a reimagined Cinderella Castle, no less! And, luckily our fearless MickeyBlog.com leader, Greg, who has been in the right place at the right time recently, was able to capture this Magic Kingdom proposal as it went down.
In addition to Greg being on hand, so one was of the talented Walt Disney World PhotoPass Photographers! They are always on hand and happy to snap a quick photo of magical moments like an engagement in the Magic Kingdom or any of the other Walt Disney World Parks.
For an extra touch, there is even a special photo session package offered, Capture Your Magic, that allows Guests private access to a PhotoPass Photographer for 20 minutes in front of Cinderella Castle.These sessions cost $50 and can be reserved in advance. But, let’s get back to Abby and Jake! Jake really had the right idea. What better way to make a proposal even more magical than doing it at the Magic Kingdom…the first day it reopens after an extended closure….in front of Cinderella Castle!
