Its Reopening Day at Downtown Disney!

We’ve got something exciting to share for all of our West Coast readers! Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort has officially started its phased reopening with specialty shopping and delicious dining experiences.

Disney has also implemented a range of new health and safety protocols designed to keep both guests and cast members safe. This includes physical distancing, virtual store queues, outdoor dining, mandatory use of face masks and temperature checks. Also, be on the lookout for members from the NEW Guest Experiences Team who you’ll see walking throughout Downtown Disney District to answer questions and help explain the safety measures. Along with other Downtown Disney cast members you’ll find an awesome team to welcome you back!

Highlights of reopening at Downtown Disney includes a chance to once again take in all of the incredible Disney-inspired merchandise you’ll find at the World of Disney store. Here you’ll find the largest selection of Disney toys, souvenirs, accessories, collectibles and more!

Another of our favorite Downtown Disney spots is The Disney Dress Shop which has vintage-style apparel that is perfect for Summer. Also be sure to head on over to Disney Home where you’ll find awesome Disney-items for every room of your house. Other noteworthy shops include Sugarboo & Co, Curl Surf, Sephora, The LEGO Store, Rinse Bath & Body Co. and WonderGround Gallery!

Also be sure to bring your appetites so that you can enjoy some of the awesome eats that Downtown Disney is known for. You’ll find lovely patios and expansive outdoor seating areas at awesome restaurants like Naples Ristorante e Bar or UVA Bar & Cafe.
