VIDEO: Disney World Cast Members Get Back to Work Learning New Health & Safety Protocols
In just over a week, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom will reopen at Walt Disney World! To prepare Cast Members have been called back to work and receive training on new health and safety protocols.
Since Walt Disney World closed back in March, many things in the world have changed. Face coverings have become the most popular fashion accessory, social distancing has become the norm, and if you’re not cool unless you are washing your hands for at least 20 seconds at a time. Guests visiting Walt Disney World will see these changes when the Parks reopen so Cast Members have been put in hours upon hours of training.
As you will notice next week when the Parks reopen, the Cast Members have a little extra pep in their step. They are thrilled to be putting on their name tags and seeing old friends. While they are putting the time in to learn the new health and safety protocols, you can see how passionate and ready they are to welcome Guests again to their happy place.
Walt Disney World Cast Members have just released this video to show us how they are learning all the new health and safety protocols while still keeping the magic alive:
In addition to Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom opening on July 11, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT will open on July 15. And, we know for sure, Cast Members will be so excited to see us and roll out their new health and safety protocols!
