Test Track Cast Members Are Busy Testing Out the New Safety Guidelines

Walt Disney World Ambassadors stopped by Test Track at EPCOT to visit Cast Members who were training on the new safety guidelines in place for the park’s re-opening on July 15th. The picture, posted on the Walt Disney World Cast and Community facebook page, shows cast members with masks outside the entrance to Test Track.
Some of our EPCOT Cast Members have returned to work and are completing their first days of training to learn new health and safety protocols in preparation for reopening the park. Our Walt Disney World Ambassadors stopped by to recognize their dedication to safety. It’s great to see so many familiar faces! Thank you to the entire team for all you are doing to responsibly prepare for our Guests and fellow Cast Members! ✨#EPCOT#TestTrack#EPCOTCast#DisneyCastLife — at Test Track. (Facebook Walt Disney World Cast and Community) The comments were positive as guests thanked cast members for their dedication and welcomed them back. Many stated they would be at EPCOT for the opening and would happily “abide by the rules” in order to visit the parks. Overwhelmingly, guest comments were ones of excitement and anticipation.
Test Track and the rest of EPCOT is set to open on July 15th with new COVID-19 safety guidelines in place. Masks will be required, hand sanitizer will be required before rides and social distancing will be in place. It will be interesting to see how Test Track Cast Members load the ride vehicles to maintain the social distancing requirements.
Thank you to all the Cast Members who are working hard to make this re-opening happen. Guests are excited at the chance to ride Test Track, walk the World Showcase and experience all things EPCOT on July 15th.
