Disneyland Waives Change and Cancellation Fees For Guests Through July
This week, we here at MickeyBlog shared the news with you that the State of California indicated that it will not issue theme park opening guidelines until sometime in July. Because of the time required for Disneyland Resort to bring thousands of cast members back to work Disneyland had no choice but to delay the reopening of the theme parks and resort hotels.
As a result, guests with reservations through July 31, 2020, are being contacted by Disney Resort regarding their reservations.
Disney is now giving all guests impacted by the extended closure the option to modify or cancel your Disneyland Resort hotel reservations or Walt Disney Travel Company packages without incurring cancellation or change fees.
If you booked your Disneyland package on your own Disneyland will be in communication with you directly on steps to follow. If you booked through a Travel Agent you should reach out to them directly for assistance.
We expect there to be further developments regarding the NEW reopening dates of Disneyland Resort in the days and weeks ahead. The best way to keep up to speed on the latest news and developments is to continue to follow along with MickeyBlog.
