Disneyland President Rebecca Campbell Pays Visit To Circle D Ranch
If you’re anything like me, chances are you’re missing “HOME” pretty badly right now, and by that I mean a chance to see what’s going on inside the theme parks. However, on both costs, Disney’s presidents have been providing us with an inside look at Disneyland and Walt Disney World and it is just the thing we need while social distancing.
Earlier this morning, we shared images of Disney World president Josh D’Amaro providing us with a look at Hollywood Studios. And now we’re popping over to the West Coast where president Rebecca Campbell paid a visit to the Circle D Ranch to give us an insider look at the horses used in parades and other incredible events
Let’s take a closer look!
In her Instagram post, Campbell said she paid a visit to the ranch to reach out to cast members who are still hard at work looking after the horses during social distancing.
Here Campbell can be seen with one of the ranchers. As you can see face masks are being used at the ranch to keep staff safe.
During her visit Danny the horse peeks its head out to say hello.
Here another resident showing off a beautiful braid along with a dedicated Disney Cast Member!
Here’s a look at another Circle D resident!
The ranch is home to over 28 horses, cows, donkeys, turkeys and even goats. Most of the horses you see above are large “draft” horses meaning that they are trained to pull heavy loads. You’ll find a wide variety of horses at the ranch including Percheron, Clydesdale, Belgian and Shire. And here’s a fun fact, just like Cast Members, the horses are required to wear their nametags when working!
Campbell has been a regular visitor to the parks during the closures and provides updates via her Instagram account above! We recommend that you give her a follow!
