This charitable event is raising money for Broadway Cafes COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Fund. One World: Together at Home—Saturday, April 18, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC
The big late-night television hosts Kimmel, Fallon and Colbert are joining forces to emcee this 2-hour global concert behind held in support and celebration of healthcare workers who have been on the frontline in the fight against COVID-19. The evening’s performances will be curated by Lady Gaga and will feature a variety of acts including Alicia Keys, Lizzo, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney and so much more!
Jungle Animal Rescue—Saturday, April 18, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Nat Geo WILD
Escape to the jungle with this new show on Nat Geo WILD. Jungle Animal Rescue brings viewers to India where a team of conservationists and veterinarians work to rescue the animals competing for living space among 1.3 billion people. During the debut episode, you’ll follow a Wildlife SOS team as they attempt to extract a crocodile that got trapped in a well during a monsoon.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Maximum Venom—Sunday, April 19, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Disney XD
This web-slinging series is back for season #3. Things kick off with a one-hour special called “Web of Venom.” As Peter Park and Max Modell experiment on a sample of Venom symbiote. However, something goes wrong and a weapon of unknown purpose is unleashed. You’ll also want to keep following along for the rest of the 6 episodes in the series which will feature some other familiar Marvel characters including Star-Lord, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange and Ironheart (Riri Williams).
The Last Dance—Sunday, April 19, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ESPN
ESPN will be showing this documentary on Sunday that focuses on the Chicago Bulls during the height of the Michael Jordan era! The documentary series features new footage from the 1997-98 season as the Bulls compete for their sixth NBA championship. The series will also explore Michael Jordan’s childhood roots, his NBA draft and the dire place the Bulls were in before his arrival.
