“To The Grocery Store And Beyond!”- Mom Hilariously Wears Buzz Lightyear Helmet Grocery Shopping
Let’s face it Disney friends, its been another long day and because we here at MickeyBlog know that you could all use a laugh, we thought we’d share with you a video that may be short but big on smiles!
Below, you can see what happened when North Carolina Mom Kelly Hogan Painter decided to head out to her local grocery store but realized that she didn’t have a proper face mask.
When that situation arises (especially in the face of COVID-19) you need to make due. And that’s exactly with she did.

As you can see from the video above, that compromise included digging out her child’s Buzz Lightyear helmet and using it as a makeshift mask. Because why not!? And did we mention that this particular model comes complete with a button that closes the plastic face-guard as well as space-aged sound effects!?
According to a post from PopSugar the capture to Kelly’s hilarious video says, “If y’all see me on the news tonight PLEASE don’t tell my mama. She would be so embarrassed.”
She also added in the comments, “I just want to make sure that through all of this mess we keep our faith and our SMILES!” We want to thank Kelly for putting a smile on our face and inspiring us to dig out those Halloween costumes next time we need to pick up some eggs and milk!
